अखिल नेपाल फुटबल संघ (एन्फा) ले अस्ट्रेलियाका म्याट रसलाई नेपाली पुरुष राष्ट्रिय फुटबल टोलीको मुख्य प्रशिक्षकको रूपमा नियुक्त गरेको छ। एन्फाले उनलाई एक वर्षका लागि जिम्मेवारी सुम्पिएको छ।

एन्फाका महासचिव किरण राईले रससँग सम्झौतामा हस्ताक्षर गरे। एशियन कप छनोट खेल सुरु हुन करिब तीन सातामात्र बाँकी रहँदा एन्फाले मुख्य प्रशिक्षक नियुक्त गरेको हो।

यद्यपि, रस नेपालमा केही समययता बसोबास गरिरहेका थिए। एन्फाले चार महिनाअघि मुख्य प्रशिक्षक पदका लागि आवेदन खुला गरेको थियो, जसपछि उनी छनोट भएका हुन्।

आइतबार पार्टी कार्यालय च्यासलमा बसेको सरकारको नेतृत्वकर्ता दल नेकपा एमालेको पार्टीको सचिवालय बैठकमा अध्यादेश अगाडि बढाउने उपायबारे छलफल भएको थियो । छलफलपछि एमाले महासचिव शंकर पोखरेलले अध्यादेश अघि बढाउन सत्तापक्षकै बिचमा सहमतिको प्रयास गरिने बताए ।

अध्यादेश अगाडि बढाउने उपायका सम्बन्धमा पत्रकारले महासचिव पोखरेललाई प्रश्न गरेका थिए । उनले जवाफ दिए, ‘सहज वातावरणमा कसरी अगाडि बढ्नुपर्दछ भन्ने कुराका बारेमा छलफल गर्दछौं । कम्तिमा सत्तापक्षका बीचमा सहमति कायम गरेर अगाडि बढ्ने कोसिस गर्दछौं ।’

सत्तापक्षमा रहेको जनता समाजवादी पार्टी (जसपा) नेपालले सरकारले ल्याएका विभिन्न ६ वटा अध्यादेशमध्ये भूमिसम्बन्धी अध्यादेश फिर्ता लिनुपर्ने सर्त राखेको छ । भूमि सम्बन्धी अध्यादेश फिर्ता नलिए अन्य बाँकी पाँच वटा अध्यादेश समेत अगाडि बढाउन सहयोग नगर्ने जसपा नेपालको सर्त छ ।

सरकारमै सहभागी लोकतान्त्रिक समाजवादी पार्टी (लोसपा)ले समेत भूमि सम्बन्धी अध्यादेश अगाडि बढाउन नसकिने निर्णय गरेको छ । सत्तापक्षमै रहेको जसपा नेपाल र लोसपाको निर्णयका कारण सरकारले राष्ट्रिय सभामा अध्यादेश अगाडि बढाउन सामान्य बहुमत समेत जुटाउन सकिरहेको छैन ।

यो विषयमा सरकारको नेतृत्वकर्ता दल एमालेको सचिवलाय बैठकमा छलफल भएको छ । छलफलपछि नेताहरूले फेरि पनि अध्यादेश अघि बढाउन सत्तापक्षकैबीचमा सहमतिको प्रयास गर्नुपर्ने निष्कर्ष निकालेका हुन् ।

अहिले आएर युक्रेनमाथि किन रुसले आक्रमण गरेको रहेछ भन्ने प्रस्ट भएको छ। ‘युरोपको खाद्यान्न भकारी’का रूपमा चिनिने युक्रेनलाई आफ्नो राज्यमा मिलाउन मात्र होइन, यसको विशाल खनिज भण्डारलाई उपयोग गर्ने चाहना रुसमा रहेको हो। त्यही चाहना अहिले युद्ध अन्त्यका निम्ति पहल गर्न तत्पर भनिएका अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्पको पनि देखिएको छ। ‘लेनदेन’को सम्बन्धमा विश्वास गर्ने ट्रम्पले युक्रेनको खनिजमा आँखा लगाएका थिए। उनले त्यसैका निम्ति निरन्तर दबाब दिइरहेका हुन्।

युक्रेनी राष्ट्रपति जेलेन्स्कीको युद्ध अन्त्य नचाहेका होइनन् तर त्यसका निम्ति फेरि रुसले आफूमाथि आक्रमण नगर्ने सुनिश्चितता पनि खोजेका हुन्। युद्ध अन्त्यको अर्थ युक्रेनका खानीमाथि अमेरिकी आधिपत्य हुने र उनी भने देशभित्र दोषी करार भएर बाँच्नुपर्ने अवस्था रहन्थ्यो। उनले आफू मर्न तयार भएको तर अपमानित हुने सम्झौता गरेर देशलाई घाटामा पार्न नचाहेको स्पष्ट सन्देश दिएका छन्।

ठुला शक्तिराष्ट्रले कसरी साना मुलुकको आत्मसम्मानमा घात गर्न खोज्छन् भन्ने पनि यसबाट देखिएको छ। युद्धरत दुई मुलुकमध्ये रुससँग संवाद गरेर मिल्न अमेरिकाले युक्रेनलाई दबाब दिएका हुन्। युद्ध अन्त्यका निम्ति रुस र युक्रेन दुवैमा समान ढंगको दबाब हुन सक्थ्यो। तर रुसी राष्ट्रपति भ्लामिर पुटिनसँगको विशेष सम्बन्धका कारण दबाब जेलेनस्कीमाथि मात्र बढाइएको छ।

जेलेनस्कीका अगाडि रुसले आक्रमण थालेपछि प्रत्याक्रमणमा जानुको विकल्प थिएन। एकथरी व्यक्तिहरू ठुलो छिमेकीसँग निहुँ खोज्नुहुँदैनथ्यो भन्ने तर्क गर्छन्। ठुलो छिमेकीले सानो मुलुकलाई हेप्ने र उसको सार्वभौमसत्तालाई कम आँक्ने स्थितिका लागि यसरी वातावरण बनाउन खोजिएको छ। त्यतिबेला उनी डटेर अगाडि नबढेका भए युक्रेन विश्व मानचित्रबाट हराइसक्ने थियो। धन्य, उनी लडे र विश्वका न्यायप्रेमी मानिसहरूले ठुला मुलुकको दबदबाबाट साना मुलुकले आफूलाई प्रतिरक्षा गर्न जेलेनस्कीबाट प्रेरणा लिएका छन्।

अहिले आएर अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्पले उनलाई किन अपमान गरेका छन् भने तिनका सर्तअनुसार जेलेनस्कीले अगाडि बढ्न मानेका छैनन्। रुससँग जबर्जस्ती सम्झौता गर्ने र आफ्नो खनिज स्रोतबाट हात धुने मात्र काम हुन्थ्यो। त्यसपछि युक्रेनभित्रै आफ्नो मुलुकमाथि घात गरेको आरोप लाग्ने निश्चित थियो।

यी यावत् घटनाक्रमबाट हाम्रो जस्तो मुलुकले विकास निर्माणदेखि अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय सम्बन्ध सम्ममा कसरी ध्यान दिनुपर्छ भन्ने पाठ लिनु उचित हुन्छ। विदेशीले भने भन्दैमा सबै कुरा मान्न सकिँदैन। आफ्नो मुलुकको आवश्यकता पहिचान गर्दै आफ्नै बलबुतामा विकास निर्माणमा लाग्न तत्पर हुनुपर्छ। सबै मुलुकका आफ्ना स्वार्थ हुन्छन्। तिनले दिने सहयोगमा पनि कुनै न कुनै किसिमको सर्त अवश्य हुन्छ। यस्ता सर्त स्वीकार गर्नुअघि पनि विचार गर्नुपर्ने हुन्छ।

जेलेनस्कीले अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपतिका अगाडि आफूलाई निडर रूपमा प्रस्तुत गर्दै आफ्नो दृष्टिकोण राखेका छन्। प्रेसको सामुन्नेमा समेत यस्तो व्यवहार गर्न सक्ने संसारका ठुला देशका नेताहरूले भित्री रूपमा दबाब दिँदैनन् भन्ने विश्वास गर्न सकिँदैन। त्यस्तो बेलामा आफूलाई प्रस्ट रूपमा राख्दै देशहितलाई प्राथमिकतामा राख्न सधैं सजग हुनुपर्ने देखिन्छ।

 देशको पक्षमा स्वाभिमानपूर्वक उभिने नेताका रूपमा संसारले यतिबेला जेलेनस्कीलाई लिएको छ। देशको पक्षमा नउभिनेलाई जसको स्वार्थमा उभिएको हो, त्यसले पनि सम्मान गर्दैन। अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपतिले अपमान गरे पनि त्यहाँका नागरिकले उनको मुक्तकण्ठले जेलेनस्कीको प्रशंसा गरिरहेका छन्। युक्रेनी जनताले त उनको यो साहसिक कदमबाट अरू उर्जाशील बनेर अगाडि बढ्न मद्दत पुग्नेछ। साहसिक नेतृत्व र जनता भएको देश जतिसुकै शक्तिशाली मुलुकका अगाडि पनि कमजोर हुन सक्दैन।

अमेरिकाले बेलाबेलामा यस्ता साहसिक व्यक्ति र देशको सामना गर्नुपरेको छ। अमेरिकाजस्तो शक्तिराष्ट्रले १९७३ मा भियतनाममा आफ्ना सेना फिर्ता गर्नुपरेको थियो। त्यहाँका जनताको बहादुरीपूर्वकको युद्धले त्यो सम्भव भएको थियो। साहसिक नेतृत्व छ भने साना मुलुकले पनि ठुलो हैसियत बनाउन सक्छन्। तर देशको सार्वभौमसत्ताको विरुद्धमा उभिर अर्को देशलाई लाभ पुर्‍याउने नेताको हैसियत भने लेन्डुप दोर्जेको जस्तो हुन्छ।

सिक्किमलाई भारतमा विलय गराइसकेपछि लेन्डुपको देशभित्र त के कुरा भारतमै पनि सम्मान भएन। भारतमै उनको गुमनाम मृत्यु भयो। त्यसैले आफ्नो देशको हितमा उभिन तत्पर नेता जेलेनस्की हुन्छ भने सार्वभौमसत्ताको विरुद्ध सक्रिय हुने लेन्डुप।

१८ फागुन, विराटनगर । जीवन विकास लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्थाले छैटौं वार्षिकोत्सव १६१ स्थानमा विभिन्न सामाजिक कार्य गरी मनाएको जनाएको छ ।

३१ जिल्लामा वित्तीय सेवा प्रवाह गरिरहेको यो लघुवित्तका १६० शाखा छन् । सबै शाखा कार्यालयले आ–आफ्ना कार्यक्षेत्र भित्र सामाजिक कार्य गरी वार्षिकोत्सव मनाएको जीवन विकास लघुवित्तका प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत संजयकुमार मण्डलले जानकारी दिए ।

जीवन विकासको शुरुवात सामाजिक क्षेत्रबाट भएकाले संस्थाले वार्षिकोत्सव सामाजिक कार्य गरेको उनको भनाइ छ ।

उनका अनुसार २५ वटा शाखाले २५ विपन्न परिवारको घर निर्माण तथा मर्मत र ६० वटा शाखाले बजार सरसफाइ कार्यक्रम गरेका छन् । ७२ वटा शाखाले वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजना गरेका छन् । एक स्थानमा रक्तदान, एक स्थानमा शौचालय निर्माण र दुई स्थानमा पार्क तथा मस्जिद सफाइ कार्यक्रम गरिएको छ ।

प्रमुख कार्यकारी अधिकृत मण्डल अमाही शाखाले आयोजना गरेको वृक्षारोपण कार्यक्रममा सहभागी भएका थिए । अमाहीबाटै जीवन विकास समाज सुरु भएको थियो ।

जीवन विकास समाजबाट नै प्रवद्र्धन भई २०७५ साल फागुन १६ गते जीवन विकास लघुवित्त वित्तीय संस्था स्थापना भएको थियो ।

कोशी प्रदेश, मधेश र बागमती प्रदेशका ३१ जिल्लामा १६० वटा शाखा मार्फत ३ लाख ५० हजार परिवारलाई घरदैलोमा पुगेर वित्तीय सेवा प्रवाह गरिरहेको उनले बताए । २७ अर्बभन्दा बढी ऋण कारोबार गरेको जीवन विकासले ११ अर्व भन्दा बढी बचत परिचालन गरेको मण्डलले जानकारी दिए ।

त्यसैगरी वर्तमान राजनीतिक परिस्थिति र पार्टीको सङ्गठनात्मक कार्ययोजनालगायतका एजेण्डामा बैठक केन्द्रित हुने बस्नेतले बताए। बैठक तीन दिनसम्म चल्नेछ।

कानुन, न्याय तथा संसदीय मामिला मन्त्री अजय कुमार चौरसियाले विधायन व्यवस्थापन समितिको प्रतिवेदन सहित नेपाल कानून व्यवसायी परिषद् (दोस्रो संशोधन) विधेयक, २०८१ माथि छलफल गरियोस् भन्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्नेछन् ।

नेपाल कानून व्यवसायी परिषद् (दोस्रो संशोधन) विधेयक, २०८१ लाई पारित गरियोस् भन्ने प्रस्ताव पनि आजै प्रस्तुत हुनेछ ।

प्रधानमन्त्री केपी शर्मा ओलीले भ्रष्टाचार निवारण (पहिलो संशोधन) विधेयक, २०७६ का सम्बन्धमा प्रतिनिधि सभाबाट भएको संशोधनमाथि छलफल गरियोस् भन्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यसूची पनि छ ।

आजै भ्रष्टाचार निवारण (पहिलो संशोधन) विधेयक, २०७६ का सम्बन्धमा प्रतिनिधि सभाबाट भएको संशोधनलाई सहमति गरियोस् भन्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यसूची छ ।

उपप्रधानमन्त्री एवम् अर्थमन्त्री विष्णुप्रसाद पौडेलले सुरक्षित कारोबार (पहिलो संशोधन) विधेयक, २०८० का सम्बन्धमा प्रतिनिधि सभाबाट भएको संशोधनलाई सहमति गरियोस् भन्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्ने कार्यसूची पनि छ ।

उद्योग, वाणिज्य तथा आपूर्ति मन्त्री दामोदर भण्डारीले  विद्युतीय व्यापार विधेयक, २०८० का सम्बन्धमा प्रतिनिधि सभाबाट संशोधनलाई सहमति गरियोस्’ भन्ने प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत गर्नेछन् ।

Applying for NTC’s vacancy will take some time. Prepare your documents beforehand to save time. Get your documents scanned and keep them in a folder easily accessible. • If you are entering Education more than once, click Add and Save and continue so
• While entering your education qualification, ensure it meets the minimum qualification required by the post in the vacancy
• If you are applying under the specially privileged [with disabilities] category, it is mandatory to go to Privilage group and upload a certificate for authentication.
• After you complete your Profile entries, go to Vacancy Post, click on Post Select, and Apply for the post you are interested in. In case, the profile you created includes an error, you will receive the message. Follow the instruction, go to Profile, correct the detail, and Apply again.

Paramount Motors, the official distributor of MG motors has officially revealed the price of its new compact SUV MG S5 (before called MG ES5) in Nepal. The electric SUV is the successor to the popular MG ZS EV. This new SUV is offered in three range variants: 425 km, 515 km, and 525 km. It competes in the budget premium car segment and is going to launch soon in Nepal. MG S5 EV Overview

Design

The MG S5 EV sports a sleeker design than its predecessor, the MG ZS EV. Its dimensions in length, width, and height measure 4476 x 1849 x 1621 mm, respectively making it a longer (by 162 mm) and slim vehicle than the ZS EV. This translates to higher wheels of 2730 mm compared to ZS’s 2581 mm. It is said to weigh between 1685 kg and 1740 kg.

The front headlights have become sharper and more slender than ever featured in the car’s close-face design. The grilles are split in the mid-bottom as we saw on the ZS EV. Other features include silver roof racks, regular door handles, Y-shaped tail-lights as on the MG4, spoiler design to improve performance, etc.

The cockpit features a flat-bottom steering wheel, a central touchscreen, and an instrument panel. The exact details regarding them haven’t been made available so we need to wait for official information on them. Anyway, the central console has a hollow design and provides two cupholders. It also has a wireless charging support for mobile phones. Likewise, the seats are made of leather material providing a sense of sophistication and posh build quality.

Performance

MG S5 is powered by a single motor at the rear axle which produces a maximum power of 125 kW (168 hp) and 250 Nm of maximum torque. MG says that the car can reach 0 to 100 kmph in 8 seconds and its top speed is stated to be 170 kmh.

The car is built on SAIC’s Nebula-pure architecture as on MG4 and boasts a five-link rear suspension system which provides more control and comfortable riding.

S5 is likely to come with advanced driving assistance and safety technologies. The ZS EV featured ADAS so this new iteration may come with a higher level of the system too. We need official details for the confirmation though.

Battery

There are two lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery options offered in this car- 49.1 kWh and 62.2 kWh manufactured by SAIC-CATL. In terms of range, the car can provide a claimed CLTC average of 425 km, 515 km, and 525 km on a full charge which tends to surpass that offered by ZS EV. MG claims that S5 has the world’s thinnest battery pack at 110 mm.
